Borrower Interview/Letter Delivery Services: An A2Z Inspector will visit property to obtain occupancy information & deliver message/letter to borrower in an effort to facilitate communication between your collection department & delinquent borrower. Various programs exist consisting of multiple attempts to make contact with the occupant and various incentives to the occupant to maximize the program’s success.

Occupancy Verification: On-site visit to determine occupancy of property. Deliverables can include exterior bids or additional services based on our findings and your needs.

Property Condition Report: Multiple reports are available to provide you with the exact information you need including comprehensive neighborhood & property summaries & cost of repairs. Deliverables can be tailored to meet your exact needs to include marketing photos, detailed damage estimates, detailed damage estimates and preservation bids.

Quality Assurance Inspection: A2Z Vendor will complete a detailed interior and exterior inspection of the overall property condition & any previous work completed to help make certain that your assets are safe, secure & ready for sale.

Eviction Services: A2Z offers both eviction coordination services and sheriff-assisted lock outs. Using our extensive network of eviction attorneys, A2Z will coordinate all eviction activities so you can focus your time and attention on your core competencies. Vendors will also meet with sheriff & moving crews to coordinate eviction activities. Preservation & Market Ready Services completed at that time based on your specifications.
