How much does A2Z charge for its services?

What information do you provide after completing your inspections and preservation work?
A2Z provides detailed reports customized to each type of inspection and pictures for all of its services.

How will I receive my reports once the completed inspection and/or preservation work is complete?
A2Z utilizes the most state of the art technologies to maintain accurate reporting to you. We consistently work to ensure reporting methods and procedures are compatible with your systems and needs. Typically, we will send you an email notifying you that the requested work is complete. At your convenience, you can login to our secured website and view the completed inspection report and accompanying photos.

Will you customize your reports for your clients.
Yes. A2Z can customize its procedures and reports to provide you with the exact information that you need.

What is A2Z’s coverage area?
A2Z has a nationwide network of contractors that perform both inspection and preservation services.

How do I request work?
A2Z will accept work requests via fax, email or online through our secure client website.

How do you send your completed results?
A2Z uses a secure web-based reporting method that allows you to access to your results 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What is A2Z’s turn-time?
A2Z’s deadlines vary by service and can be customized to satisfy your needs.

How do I get signed up with A2Z so I can begin placing orders?

Contractor Questions
How do I get signed up with A2Z as a Field Inspector?
New Contractor Forms can be downloaded and should be submitted with all of the necessary documents and returned via email to Kim Raker at VendorManagement@A2ZFieldServices.com.

What insurance must I carry in order to work with A2Z?
A2Z Field Services requires that all field inspectors and property preservation sub-contractors have Commercial General Liability insurance, Errors and Omissions insurance, Non-Owned & Hired Auto Liability coverage and Workers Compensation coverage.

Do I need to perform both inspection and preservation services to work with A2Z?
No. It is not necessary to perform both types of services.

How do I receive work orders and obtain the necessary forms to complete?
Currently, A2Z emails work requests daily to its contractors. You may also login to our website using your login and password to review all of your new, pending and completed assignments. Here, you may also download all necessary forms from our Forms Library and obtain a copy of our Contractor Procedures Manual for detailed instructions and information.

How does A2Z assign work orders?
Work is awarded based upon territory, type of services performed and past performance. A2Z grades its contractors and requires them to meet minimum standards in order to continue receiving additional work.

How is my performance measured?
Performance is measured by turn time, thoroughness, and quality of your pictures. In addition, we monitor our interaction with each contractor. Performance results are published to our contractors. When appropriate, we’ll advise you on ways to improve your performance metrics with us.

What tools are required?
At a minimum, you must have a digital camera, personal computer, internet access, an email account, reliable transportation and a cell phone.

What are A2Z’s turn-time requirements?
Deadlines vary by service. The due date for each assignment is published on the work order.

How do I provide my completed results to A2Z?
Completed reports should be emailed to Processing@A2ZFieldServices.com or faxed to 614/873.0988. All photos may be uploaded to our website using your secure login through the Field Inspector Login link.

What are A2Z’s commission rates?
A2Z pays its contractors a commission for each completed job. The commission varies by service and is published on each work order. For general commission guidelines, review the Contractor Commission Schedule.

When will I be paid?
A2Z pays its contractors every Thursday. Checks will include commission for all services invoiced the week ending three weeks prior. Completed work is determined by the date A2Z invoices its client, not the day A2Z receives your forms and photos, but general processing time is 1-2 days.
