Management Team

A2Z is lead by many experts in the field of property inspection and preservation. We strive to hire the best people in our industry who share our values and are committed to providing exceptional service. Members of our Executive Team are regular speakers, panelists and participants at industry conferences and trade shows throughout the country. Our management staff is comprised of men and women who have spent much of their careers in property preservation, inspection, banking and financial services. As such, throughout our organization, we understand the need for high quality services, timely & accurate information, innovation and flexibility.




Bill McMullen, President & CEO
As the Founder of A2Z Field Services, Bill oversees all aspects of A2Z. He is responsible for growth strategies and initiatives including financial planning, sales and marketing, new product and service development and strategic partnerships. Bill has over 20 years experience in the lending, loan servicing and field services industry. In various management and executive positions with Security Pacific Bank, Bank of America and GreenTree, he has administered loan origination, collections, repossession and foreclosure services. He has extensive knowledge and experience in sub-prime loan servicing, REO service and investor servicing and reporting. Bill has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.


Jennifer Sells, Chief Development Officer
As CDO, Jennifer brings over 20 years of mortgage servicing experience to A2Z. She is responsible for overall operations and business management, including strategic initiatives, performance and new product development. Jennifer has extensive mortgage servicing experience managing all aspects of Default and Due Diligence. She has been instrumental in managing risk positions for multi-billion dollar portfolios for GMAC-Rescap, EMC Mortgage/Bear Stearns, Colonial Bank and numerous investors. Jennifer is a graduate of Texas Christian University.


Amie Sparks, SVP of Operations
Amie is responsible for core business operations which include resource, organizational & financial planning, process improvement, sales and service development and technology integration. Prior to joining A2Z, Amie spent five years as an Internal Auditor for a privately held subprime lender and loan servicing company and previous years in various finance and accounting roles. Amie is a member of the Ohio State Accounting Association and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.


Todd Arena, National Operations Manager
Todd is responsible for overall National Operations which includes: maintaining current industry standards, vendor network oversight, internal/external quality control and key performance metrics. Todd has over six years of industry experience focusing on Evictions, Inspections, REO Preservation and Asset Management. He was previously an Operations Manager for a publicly held national field service and asset management company. Todd graduated from Cleveland State University James A. Nance College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.


Carl Wyand, IT Director
Carl is responsible for strategic planning of Business Information Systems and manages software development, server and network infrastructure and technology support functions. With more than a decade of experience in operational management and software design in the Real Estate, Financial, Medical, and Insurance industries – Carl brings a deep knowledge of system architecture, integration, and security to A2Z Field Services. Carl is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.


Felicia Ketteman, Business Manager
Felicia has been with A2Z for 6 years, during which time she also worked as a Processor, Processing Manager and Client Services Manager. In her role as Business Manager, Felicia works very closely with the Operations and IT Groups to communicate business needs and objectives and is critical to technology integration, new service development and process enhancements. Felicia graduated from Franklin University with a degree in Business Administration and prior to A2Z spent 5 years in various positions in the mortgage banking industry.


Allen Markarian, Accounting Manager
Allen is responsible for the entire accounting operation, including: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, government contract reimbursables, financial statement preparation, budget preparation, GAAP compliance. Allen has spent over 20 years in various accounting supervisory positions and/or operational management roles. Before Allen joined A2Z he worked at White Electronic Designs, Inc., where he started as a Plant Controller and completed his tenure as Plant Manager. Allen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Fresno State University.
