A2Z's Operations Team is comprised of a Senior Executive Group as well as Accounting, Information Technology, Client Services, Vendor and Quality Assurance Managers. A2Z currently employs staff members who carry out the functions of order entry, tracking, auditing, processing and invoicing. Current staff levels are dictated by our volume of work but can be expanded quickly to meet the demands of our clients' evolving needs. The Management Team at A2Z continually evaluates work levels to determine the appropriate amount of staff and supervision necessary to exceed our clients' requirements.
